Gaia always gives to her children. You can find all that you need in nature. From the elements of nature, you build and create all that you desire. It all comes from Gaia. The plant kingdom, animal kingdom, and other existence on earth, all thrive on her, because Gaia gives unconditionally. You have never seen that nature refuses to welcome anyone to step inside, what restricts people are the concepts that human mind creates, ‘danger’ comes from fear, there is no fear in nature. There is only love, grace, and compassion.

Use natural products as much as you can so that your human waste does not pollute her vessel (her waterways) and her soils and so that she can continuously provide you with the clean and nourishing food that your body adores.

Gaia is your mother. You are her, and she is you. You are never separated from her, and there are only those who have chosen to live in the illusion and separation consciousness, and even so, you are never separated from Gaia. All of your cells are built with the food produced and thrived in the love of Gaia and Solaris. Her water sustains your body functions. And when you leave this beautiful planet, you take nothing with you, your physical body returns to her land. Gaia is your mother. Gaia is everyone’s mother.

Gaia needs your help. Your disconnection with her, and ignorance from the false identity created ego have not only created disharmony and imbalance within yourself but also in Gaia. Because of this disconnection, you don’t feel yourself, and you do not feel her. Many have chosen to use substances and stimulations outside of them to feel instead of looking within. You know that those stimulated joy are not true joy from the heart.

盖娅需要你的帮助。你们与她的断连和错误身份认知所创造的小我，不仅创造了自己身体里的不和谐/平衡，同时也创造了地球上的不和谐/平衡。因为这种断连，你们感受不到自己，你们也感受不到她。很多人选择使用药物和外界刺激来帮助感受而不是向内探寻。你知道这些被刺激出来的“快乐”不是来自内心的真正喜悦。

Look within yourself and connect with the planet. What do you feel when you see the commercially created inorganic waste being dumped into her land and waterways? What do you feel when beautiful organic lands are sprayed with chemicals or turning into concrete jungles? There were beautiful crystal mountains that are now gone looking barren due to mining. There were once beautiful crystalline water that is now filled with garbage and human wastes. Without Gaia’s land and water, nothing would be able to survive or thrive, your concrete boxes cannot provide you this energy, nor can your latest fashion brands.

The environment that you have chosen to live in many times has blocked you from feeling her presence and her love, your modern concrete buildings, your stylish new shoes/clothings with synthetic materials. Most of your current living environment is built upon the overly masculine patriarchal force in unnatural shapes that often do not allow energy to flow freely between inside and outside, between you and Gaia, you and your feminine part of you that has been suppressed to fit into this masculine world.

很多时候，你们选择生活的环境阻隔了你们感受来自地球的存在与爱，这些包括水泥的建筑和用人工合成材料制作的潮流衣服鞋子。现今生活的大部分环境的建造是基于过度阳性与父权的能量与角度，带着非自然的形状，这些结构常不允许能量自由地在室内外流动，在你与盖娅之间流动，在你与阴性部分的自己流动，而你们这部分的自己很多时候为了适应这个阳性的世界而被压抑。

Gaia calls for help to clean her land and vessels, to feel her as she is you, you are her, as we are one.

盖娅呼帮助来清理她的土地和管道，呼叫你像感受自己一样去感受她。因为你就是她，我们都是一体的。

Gaia calls for you to pause and breathe, to once again feel your body. What is your body trying to tell you? What is your heart trying to say? What about your inner wisdom?

Gaia calls you to go outside into nature, to feel the infinite abundance that she gives and offers, to once again connect with her electromagnetic field, to open your heart and be still, to listen to the nature sounds, because that is also listening to yourself.

Gaia calls you to dance, to run, to jump, to move your body and shake off stagnant energies that no longer serves you, so that you are aligned to create your highest potential realities.

Gaia loves you unconditionally. She is unconditional love, so are you. Know thyself. When you fill Gaia with pollution, look what you have done to yourself, you are filling your own food, land, air, and water with this pollution, because again you are her, and she is you.

盖娅无条件地爱你。她就是无条件的爱，你也是。认知到自己是谁。当你们将地球填满污染，看看你们对自己做了什么，你们在将自己赖以生存的食物、土地、空气与水填满污染，因为再次地，你们就是地球，地球也是你们。

Many of you would ask what can I do to assist Gaia in her healing process? We applaud you for this question. We would like you to change this question as, “what can I do to assist myself in healing?” Because remember you are one. Many highly sensitive empaths feel Gaia and the collective through their bodies. Vice versa, Gaia also feels all of you, as a collective. So the answer is always to look within you, to seek within, to be still and surrender to your inner voice. You have to be still in order to listen to yourself, your body’s messages to you, your feelings, your emotions, your inner child, your higher guidance, etc.

你们中的很多想知道，我该怎么做来帮助地球疗愈？我们为你的这个问题鼓掌。我们想让你将这问题改为，“我能做什么来帮助自己疗愈？” 因为记得这一切都是一体的。许多高敏感的、有同感心的人类能通过自己的身体感受到地球与人类集体的能量，同理反过来，地球也能感受到你们人类的能量与集体意识。所以答案一直都是向内看、向内探索，安静并臣服于你内在的声音。你必须要安静来听到你自己，你身体给你的信息、你的感受、你的情绪、你的内在小孩、你更高的指引等等。

Can you sit quietly for at least 5 minutes today, no phone, no music, no TV, no distraction, in complete silence, just with your breath? Then we encourage you to journal your experience afterwards, whatever you felt or received during that time period. This is the process of returning to yourself. This is the beginning of your healing journey. This is how we assist Gaia, through healing and connecting with yourself.

你可以今天安静地与自己共存至少五分钟吗，没有手机、关掉音乐电视、没有任何分散注意力的事情，在完全的安静里，与你的呼吸同在。然后我们邀请你在结束后把自己的经历写下来，像写日记一样，无论你在这段时间里感受到、接收到什么都写下来。这就是回归自己的过程，这也是你疗愈旅程的开始，也是我们帮助盖娅的方式，通过与你自己连接而疗愈的过程。
